What happens when you have colour therapy?
Colour therapists check your aura. Your aura is an arrangement of colours which emanate from all of us. Most of us are unable to observe this aura.
During colour therapy, the therapist will check your medical history and present state of health and then observe your aura either by :
-
Concentration
-
From behind a Kilner screen (two sheets of glass which have a cyanine dye encapsulated between them)
Colour therapists believe that each organ, body part, emotion or mental state responds to a specific colour. By observing the colours in your aura they can then use colour to treat those aspects that seem to be lacking in health.
What forms of treatment will colour therapists use?
Treatment can be a number of options, some examples of which are;
-
Using foods colours in your diet
-
Colour breathing where you to imagine colours as you breathe deeply.
-
White light which shines through coloured filters or prism which is then directed on various parts or to the entire body.
-
Using the colour of clothing in order to filter light for your body to absorb.
-
Sunlight focused on an area of the body
